Course DescriptionA+ Certification TWO is the second of two courses, which together are designed to prepare candidates for the following CompTIA exams: 220-601 - A+ Essentials 220-602 - A+ IT Technician This course, A+ Certification TWO, covers the following domains outlined in the A+ syllabus: 3.0 - Operating Systems 5.0 - Networks 6.0 - Security The first course covers the remaining domains: 1.0 - Personal Computer Components 2.0 - Laptop and Portable Devices 4.0 - Printers and Scanners 7.0 - Safety and Environmental Issues 8.0 - Communication and Professionalism These two courses are designed to cover all the objectives of exams 220-601 and 220-602.

Course Pre-requisitesDelegates should be generally familiar with using PCs, including keyboard and mouse skills, but are not required to have prior experience in computer maintenance.
